New Features - Something spooky might happen soon - Minimap zoom level is now saved and will be remembered across restarts - Item tooltips now list if an item is a material used for upgrading equipment, enchanting, crafting or a combination of those Changes - Slight overall performance improvement due to software/tooling upgrades - Quest update scribble sound now only plays for tracked quests - Small cleanup in the shop location part of the player shop management ui - Crafting UI max amount button now ignores materials that have a chance to not be consumed - Gem crafting recipes are now sorted by the gem quality - Tweaked Amemori's greeting to be less confusing - Increased timeout before disconnecting with an "already connected" message slightly - Karma drop bonus is now included in the regular stats calculation instead of being applied internally - Bonus Experience stat now also starts at 0 like the other bonus stats Balance updates - The following monsters on Caratas Wasteland and Jerro Highlands are not aggressive anymore: Centaur, Centaur Major, Centaur Chief, Dark Elf Archer, Dark Elf Bowman, Snake Grande - Loot distribution on monsters now resets when the monster fully heals (loot is distributed proportionally to how much damage a player did once the monster dies) - Monster/Rift spawns with long spawn intervals aren't spawned straight away when a server starts Bugfixes - Fixed various missing translations in the trade ui and other uis - Fixed rift name tooltip being too dark and hard to read on the minimap - Fixed certain forms of item expiry not being displayed correctly once the item is expired - Fixed a netcode desync causing actions (for example skills & attacks) to start slightly too early - Fixed being able to follow invisible friendly players - Fixed being able to ride your mount in the greaves shop in the City of Nodrog - Fixed maps that have their minimaps disabled resetting the minimap zoom level - Fixed gold reward being offset to the right on the quest complete screen - Fixed some floating rocks in the Frozen Land - Fixed whisper/chat uis not scrolling to the end for new messages in some cases

Hey everyone, This month we've been at work on some behind the scenes things, so not much to show just yet. You'll notice a supporter settings section in the new account window, more on that next month In addition to the month-long ramadan event, we've also got an easter event going live shortly, so keep your eyes peeled for that! New Features - Basic account management is now integrated in the character selection - You can now use the "tab" to select the next interactable ui element within the same window Changes - EXP % tooltip now shows an additional decimal place - Tweaked light snow weather particles to be less annoying on high zoom levels Balance updates - Guild members with expired contracts are auto-kicked after 14 days instead of 2 days Bugfixes - Fixed stacked sound effects playing during map loading - Fixed some cases where popups could not be closed

New Features - You can now open a whole stack of chests at once Changes - City of Ardnas is slightly bigger and had it's ground vegetation & texturing tweaked - City of Nodrog is slightly bigger and had it's ground vegetation tweaked - Various performance improvements to exp orbs, hp/mp steal particles and damage reflection effects - Hp/Mp steal particles had their visuals tweaked & spawn slightly varied to prevent stacking - Internal update of vegetation rendering shaders (slight performance boost without any significant visual changes) - Audio is rotated to the cameras direction instead of the players - Tweaked heavy snow weather to not obscure the view as much when zoomed out far - Tweaked tincture of enchanting and corrupted soul icon color slightly to be more distinct from the combining one - Tweaked npc name positions Balance updates - Gray fox kills are also counted for the "New Arrival" quest Bugfixes - Fixed item rarity outline/glow in the ui not being aligned properly - Fixed mana absorb effects glowing red instead of blue - Fixed valuable item confirmation popup buttons not being translated - Fixed auto-attack running around large monsters instead of attacking them in some cases

Happy new year everyone! Just a quick reminder, we've moved to a monthly update schedule instead of the weekly one, so the next update will be at the start of February. Changes - When downgrading skills, any status effects applied by that skill are removed - In item tooltips only the item name & rarity text are colored according to the rarity - In the character selection, the selected character is highlighted in the list again - Danji is saying good bye for now and has left Bugfixes - Fixed some minor issues in inventory handling - Fixed the name and classification of some two handed swords that apparently were axes in a previous life - Fixed a bug in instance spawning that caused it to fail with long run times

Changes - Tweaked monster movement syncronization, should be even better for players with bad connections - In the graphics settings, basic post processing is always enabled, even on low and very low (only applies to new installs) - Increased player following stop distance slightly - Tweaked safe zone monster spawn prevention to counteract some rifts spawning too close to safe zones Balance updates - Improved some bad attack collisions on a bunch of monsters - Moved a potential rift spawn further away from the old tower in Nibor - Reduced login skill cooldown to 15s Bugfixes - Fixed ping not updating correctly after a map switch - Fixed event slot display resetting to the placeholder name after a map change - Fixed griffon pet feathers not being transparent - Fixed an error causing slight lag for some users when loading the shop model - Fixed rift spawn effect not showing on monsters - Fixed map/minimap path preview blocking mouse clicks/hover - Fixed monsters not animating in some cases (especially noticable from rift spawns) - Fixed monster name being hard to read in the minimap - Fixed inconsistent sparkle color on some two handed weapons +10 - Fixed some small player movement netcode desyncs
